I have designed this certificate to recognise the achievement of new colleagues who have successfully completed KLM Cityhopper's basic cabin crew training. This certificate will be presented to them after the ‘wing’ ceremony that marks their official completion of the course. The certificate has been designed with the idea of recognising their hard work, dedication and time invested in the training. It serves as a tangible reminder of their achievement and a memory they can look back on with pride as they begin their journey as KLM Cityhopper flight attendants.
